What levels is everybody experiencing at the moment, I am trying to get a feel for this to amend my cap plans

Does anyone know of any benchmarking that has been done on planning functions? i have found the 2009 Best Practice and Research Findings document which is great but is anyone aware of anything else which focuses particularly on the team of people doing the planning?
