Local Networking Groups are exactly what the name suggests - regionalised groups of Contact Centre Professionals who meet a few times per year to discuss issues pertinent to themselves.
Groups take place in the following regions:
- Kent / Sussex
- South of England
- Wales & South West England
- Midlands
- North West England
- Yorkshire and North of England
- Scotland
- Ireland
Use the links from this page to get details on what is happening in your area and to find out ways of how to join your local groups. Meetings normally last about 3 hours and members of the group rotate the hosting of the sessions. Meetings are facilitated by the Planning Forum, but group members dictate the agenda.
