Claire joined the Professional Planning Forum in June 2008.  She is responsible for administering the financial elements of membership and training.

She has worked in a call centre environment for more than 10 years with experience in Project Management, Training and Data Analysis in addition to customer service roles.

As a member of the administration team Claire is committed to providing help and support to all those who have contact with the Forum.
