John Casey

John is in his second spell with the Professional Planning Forum having been involved since the early days of the organisation.  With 12 years Contact Centre experience for a variety of companies, John possesses a unique blend of planning expertise, operational awareness and presentation skills.  Prior to rejoining the Forum in January 2007, John was Director of Resource Planning, EMEA for Stream - a technical support outsourcer then operating 14 sites in 10 countries in Europe and Northern Africa. This provided him with the opportunity to work with many global blue-chip clients and to gain experience across a number of industry types.

At the Planning Forum John has responsibility for several key areas of the business:

    * Training - Development and structure of courses
    * Development - Using new methods to allow members to assess how to improve competancies within their teams.
    * Webinars - using online media to host regular mini-seminars
    * E-services including website - looking at how the Forum can reach out to members
