Back Office Seminar Minimize

Warrington: 30th June – Back office planning and Scottish Power Site Visit

“A great way to gather ideas and solutions for existing problems within our company.”
Christopher Soutar, Bupa

The most popular topic the Planning Forum has been engaged in over the last 12 months has been the challenge around driving efficiency, control and improvements in customer experience within the back office environment.

A special 1 day seminar exploring this challenge and the use of technology to support those who are pioneering introducing planning disciplines to this environment will take place at the Village Hotel, Warrington.

The seminar will open with a plenary session from Planning Forum, and will be aligned with the site visit with 2010 Innovation Finalists, Scottish Power.
