These seminars are provided to allow Contact Centre Professionals to learn through experiencing what others do.  They are designed to be interactive and allow maximum participation between delegates and speakers.  An Expo area is provided at several depending on whether the topic supports such a zone.

These one day events are moved around the country to allow everyone the chance to attend easily.  However they are topic based so don't limit yourself to the nearest session geographically.  Plan early and even locations involving a flight can be accessed very cheaply utilising low-cost airlines.
