Fundamentals of resource planning for the new specialist or team member

Consistently getting the right resourcing levels in today's contact centres requires complex, specialist skills. In the past, key people have been given little training or no help and their value only recognised after they've moved on.

Now, with the new Forum dedicated to the needs of these specialist professionals, there is year-round support - together with focused training and accreditation.  This begins with our foundation certificate - ideally for specialists new to the planning role or to others wanting a refresher of the basics.

The Certificate programme includes a 3-day introduction course and a unique four-month mentoring programme which helps you put these skills into practice. We support you during those four months through a structure of real-life projects relevant to your own roles, tutorials, support materials and a fourth training day for integration and assessment at the end of the programme. 

The 2006 cost for the full certificate programme is £1,790 + VAT (£100 discount for members)  

Three-day Introductory Course

This is the first part of the certificate, which introduces the most essential skills and knowledge for effective resourcing in today's call centres and contact centres. 

This course is lively and interactive - designed so that you can develop ideas and action plans that are relevant to your own centre and also network and share best practice with your fellow professionals. 

The three-day training and the full certificate programme are ideal for less experienced planners, for more experienced professionals seeking a refresher or to introduce experienced call centre people to specialist resourcing planning skills.
