- Training and qualifications for contact centre resource planners and analysts are offered alongside best practice management training and in-house programmes.
- Site visits are a chance to see, first-hand, the challenges faced by different centres and the tools and processes they use. Why not take the chance to visit the Innovation Award finalists during the summer and autumn?
- Networking groups bring together professionals in the same area – or with an interest in the same topic. We have networking groups in most parts of the UK, in sectors such as policing and on topics such as the back office.
- Best practice seminars and the conference showcase the latest case studies and research results. You can hear direct from members about recent initiatives, with plenty of chance to talk with others and find out how they do things.
- The Annual Conference is at the Blackpool Hilton Metropole on 23-24 April 2012. Far more than a typical conference, this is the must-attend event in the year for everyone interested in best practice and driving improvement
