Membership Development
Katherine works with the team to develop and support our membership. She has been with the Forum for over two years, a period which has seen a huge expansion of membership and services.
Katherine's background is in sales and marketing, and she has worked across a range of sectors and industries. Her role is to strengthen our business development capacity by continually improving the way we communicate with our members and the wider interested public.
The Planning Forum's aim is to promote best practice and professionalism in contact centre planning. As such, Katherine is interested in talking to resource and planning professionals who want to raise their own and industry standards, organisations who supply and support this market and who wish to partner with us to develop best practice, and the media to promote this message more widely.
